Chaos Creators Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: July 2, 2026

Chaos Creators LLC ("Chaos Creators," "we," "us") operates chaoscreators.com and produces live events including Sonic EXPO and NijiFest. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, sign up for our email list, apply as a vendor, artist, volunteer, or guest, or contact us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or application.

Ticket purchases. Tickets to our events are sold through third-party ticketing platforms (such as Eventeny). Your purchase is processed by that platform under its own privacy policy. The platform shares order information with us (name, email, ticket type) so we can operate the event you bought a ticket to.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic, and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure our ads and show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. These tools collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken on our sites.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  • To operate our events: ticketing support, attendee communication, schedules, and event updates

  • To send email or SMS updates you signed up for, including announcements and offers for our events

  • To respond to inquiries and applications

  • To measure and improve our websites and advertising

  • To comply with legal obligations

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business: ticketing platforms, payment processors, email and SMS platforms, customer relationship tools, and analytics/advertising providers (for example Eventeny, Stripe, Google, and Meta). They receive only what they need to perform their service.

  • Legal requirements, if we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

EMAIL AND SMS

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out. We will still send transactional messages related to a purchase you made (such as ticket confirmations) when necessary.

COOKIES AND AD CHOICES

You can control cookies through your browser settings. To limit ad tracking: Meta users can adjust Ad Preferences in their Facebook/Instagram settings, and Google offers opt-outs at adssettings.google.com.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no system is completely secure.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing. To make a request, email us at info@chaoscreators.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

CHILDREN

Our websites and marketing are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
